CHOCO CHOCO CHIP COOKIES

- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup butter or margarine (softened)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 2 pcs eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups Golden Instant Oats Plus Chocolate
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp iodized salt
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

- Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix thoroughly vegetable oil butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop dough by rounded 1/2 teaspoonful unto ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until bottom is light brown.
- Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
