CHOCOLATE OATMEAL CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Golden Instant Oats Plus Vitamin E with Omega 3 & 6
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup milk (dissolve 6 tbsps milk in 1 cup water)
  • 1 pc egg
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • Pre-heat oen to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin pan or line with paper muffins liners. Sift together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, stir together Golden Oats Plus Vitamin E with Omega 3 & 6, sugar and salt. Mix in the sifted ingredients.
  • Add Australia’s Golden Dairy Full Cream Milk, egg and oil. Mix until just blended. The batter will be lumpy. Spoon batter into the prepared muffins cups.
  • Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove from muffin cups to cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
