OATMEAL BREAD

- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 tbsp yeast
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 cups whole wheat bread flour
- 2 cups Golden Instant Oats
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 ½ tsps iodized salt
- 1-2 cups whole wheat bread flour (enough so it doesn’t stick to board while you’re kneading)

- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water
- Mix whole wheat-bread flour and Golden Instant Oats. Make a well. Pour yeast solutions and oil in the well. Let stand for a while
- Mix slowly. Turn dough unto lightly floured board, knead until smooth and elastic
- Place in greased loaf pan. Let rise in a warm place until double for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
