STRAWBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS

- 2 cups Golden Instant Oats Plus Vitamin C with Strawberry and Cream
- 1 pc egg
- 1 ½ cups milk (dissolve 5 tbsps milk powder
- 1 ½ cup of water)
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp iodized salt

- Heat oven 400°F (175°C). Lightly grease bottoms of 12 medium muffins cups (2 ¾ inches in diameter).
- Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil.
- Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter may be lumpy.
- Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Fold 2 cups of Golden Instant Oats Plus Vitamin C with Strawberry and Cream into batter.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Immediately remove from pan.
