STRAWBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
  • 2 cups Golden Instant Oats Plus Vitamin C with Strawberry and Cream
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 ½ cups milk (dissolve 5 tbsps milk powder
  • 1 ½ cup of water)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp iodized salt
  • Heat oven 400°F (175°C). Lightly grease bottoms of 12 medium muffins cups (2 ¾ inches in diameter).
  • Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients  just until flour is moistened. Batter may be lumpy.
  • Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  • Fold 2 cups of Golden Instant  Oats Plus Vitamin C with Strawberry and Cream into batter.
  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Immediately remove from pan.
